1) Overview

MyeBookBundle sells digital products only (video courses and/or PDF courses). After successful payment, you typically receive instant access and/or a download/access link.

Due to digital nature of the product we do not offer Refunds.

3) Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved:

• Duplicate charges

• Payment succeeded but access was not delivered (and we can’t resolve it)

• Wrong product delivered due to a technical error on our side

• Proven unauthorized/fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in cases of:

• Requests made after 7 days

• Abuse of the refunds, including repeated refunds for multiple products, suspicious usage patterns, or refund requests that appear to be made primarily to obtain content for free

• If we identify unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution of our content (videos/PDFs, links, logins, downloads)

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

• Full name

• Email used at checkout

• Product name

• Purchase date / Order ID (if available)

• Reason for refund (one or two lines is enough)

We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase.

6) Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.

7) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause access while the dispute is investigated. Please email [email protected] first—we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
